What cars are comparable to the nissan maxima?

Within the next year I am planning on getting a new car. I really like the Nissan Maxima, but I would really like other cars to compare it to. What other cars are comparable to the Nissan Maxima, as far as price, quality, appearance, etc....

Honda Accord EX V6, Mazdaspeed 6, Volkswagen Passat,
Toyota Avalon, Ford Taurus, Chrysler 300, Hyundai Azera. There is a good website to find car stuff. It is not as good as Yahoo, but its pretty neat. It is at www.nextcarmnet.webs.com.

Hi I am car dealer and first let me say you do Not want to buy a Passat, they are very problematic, transmition problem's bad turbo's etc!!!! second a Mazda is the biggest piece of junk every made!!! Because you already have a nissan myh suggestion would be to stick with a similar car, Toyota Avalon

Toyota Camry, Honda Accord Infiniti I 35, Lexus Gs, Stay far away from anything american made!!!! If you can afford it, try a bmw 5 series they are great cars
